Canon Character InformationAppearance: Tsukasa is above average for a presumably Japanese man. With medium to long brown-black hair, he is usually dressed in a grey jacket, some kind of pink shirt be it a turtleneck or a pink t-shirt, black pants and his hair is usually ranging from either amazingly styled to bad hair day. He also wears a film-loaded camera in pink and black, and walks with such a confident swagger you’d think he’d dislocate his hips.
History: A summary as follows in bullet points because his history is long and convoluted:
- As a child, Tsukasa lived in a A.R. (Alternate Rider) World with his younger sister Sayo. His parents were gone and they were being taken care of by an aid named Nobuhiko Tsukikage. As children, Sayo had the ability to see into alternate worlds, while Tsukasa could pass through into them freely. This lead to a bitterness on Sayo’s behalf because she could not enjoy the freedom her brother obtained.
- Somewhere into their timeline, Tsukasa decided he was going to to defeat all the Riders, and he left on a journey after becoming the leader of an organization known as DaiShocker.
- DaiShocker is a multidimensional villainous group who managed to conquer several worlds and establish footholds on many others. During this time, they created two weapons, the Decade Driver and the DiEnd Driver, both made to fight one another if need be. Tsukasa took the Decade Driver and set out on a multiverse conquest in the name of himself, the Great Leader.
- Somewhere along this journey, Tsukasa ran into conflict with the O.R. (Original Riders) from the other canon series, and a war broke out. Eventually, Tsukasa lost his memory and was trapped in another dimension without his memories or powers. But the damage was done.
- Wataru Kurenai of Kamen Rider Kiva, urged his fellow Riders to begin a Rider War, in order to restore the universes order. 9 Worlds had been born from the war with DaiShocker and Tsukasa, and they were going to sacrifice Tsukasa as the catalyst in order to prevent said worlds from collapsing together. To this end, the prophet Narutaki decided to warn the other 9 Riders and many other worlds about the Destroyer who would end their worlds. To this end, we do not even know what Narutaki’s true goal is, as he either sides with villains or even Tsukasa to further some kind of hidden agenda.
- In the Dimension World, Tsukasa now an amnesiac, lives out of the Hikari Studio along with two others; Eijiro Hikari and Natsumi Hikari. His placement there might be fate, but it is also known much later that Eijiro Hikari is actually DaiShocker’s leader, and is possibly keeping tabs on their amnesiac Leader, as well as genuinely raising his granddaughter, Natsumi. It’s here that the worlds begin to collide, and after fleeing several dozen monsters and Tsukasa’s powers returned yet sealed, the Hikari Studio passes into Kuuga AR World.
- Kuuga AR World, Tsukasa unravels a Sacred Game to resurrect their leader, the enemy known as Daguva, the Ultimate Darkness. Born of the savageness of humans, the Grongi are another branch of humanity, and humans are known as Linto having cast aside their viciousness. Kuuga is a Grongi, and the Rider known as Yusuke Onodera fights to defeat the Grongi, and bring peace. During this event, detective Ai Yashiro, a friend and confidant of Yusuke, dies of injuries moments before she would have transformed into a Grongi from the dark mist that had rose from the mountain in the distance. Tsukasa gains the power of Kuuga back and a notable ally as Yusuke joins the group in Kiva AR World.
- Kiva AR World, Tsukasa deals with a faction of beings called Fangire, Vampire-like beings based on monsters of stories. He comes into conflict with AR Kiva, Prince Wataru, and it’s only due to Yusuke who has journeyed to this world with the help of Kivala from Kiva AR that the conflict is resolved temporarily. Tsukasa discovers that Wataru’s father is trying to ensure that Wataru doesn’t make the same mistakes, even if he is waylayed temporarily by Kamen Rider Kaixa who has been sent to take his belt so that Narutaki can kill him. Yusuke helps Wataru, as he makes a bond with the young Prince while his powers are taken by his father, and its due to Yusuke’s kindness that Wataru gains the courage to retake his powers and fight his father. In the end, Wataru continues to work towards getting his people and humans to coexist peacefully. Tsukasa gains the power of Kiva as well during the final battle.
- In a startling double-header, Ryuki and Blade’s AR Worlds are linked as a murder at Atashi Journal causes Natsumi to be arrested and tried for murder of the head editor Reiko Momoi via Rider Justice System. Tsukasa joins the Rider Battle to acquit Natsumi, while simultaneously dealing with Ren Haguro and Shinji Tatsumi, two Riders who joined the battle for different reasons. Ren is looking for Odin to take his Time Vent in order to hear Reiko’s words to him on the day of the murder, and Shinji believed temporarily Ren was the killer. In the end, the real killer Kamata was momentarily defeated as he was revealed to be the Paradox Undead from Blade AR World. Narutaki whisked Kamata away and Tsukasa gained the power of Ryuki.
- Blade AR World was a world of money, as the company BOARD employed a huge amount of people including Riders to seal Undead into cards. Tsukasa found himself working as a head chef at BOARD thanks to the role given to him by the world, much to his reluctance. Eventually, the top Ace Kazuma Kendate is fired from BOARD due to the president, Hajime Shijo having no room for him in his company. Kazuma was then kept on by Tsukasa in the lunch room, even if Tsukasa was mocking him originally since Tsukasa’s a real jerk. Hajime captured the other two Blade Riders, Mutsuki and Sakuya and used their cells and their Buckles in order to create the ultimate Undead Joker, at the behest of Kamata who had survived and had been working with Hajime from the beginning. Tsukasa and Kazuma defeats the villains together and Tsukasa gains the power of Blade.
- The World of Faiz is a similar world to Blade, as undead known as Orphnochs rise from deceased humans who mutate into these, making them undead mutants. It’s here that Tsukasa comes into conflict with Kaitou Daiki who approached him in Blade’s world. Kaitou tries to make Tsukasa back off because he wants the Faiz Gear, and Tsukasa stubbornly gets in his way. Tsukasa then provokes the Lucky Clover, the most popular quartet in school thinking one of them is Faiz, and they think the same. Turns out, they’re Orphnochs and Tsukasa temporarily kills one of them before another member pours life back into the fallen monster. Misguided by Kaitou, the Lucky Clover goes after Yui Tomoda, Takumi Ogami’s friend, thinking she’s Faiz. Takumi transforms into Faiz to save her, and fights them off. Kaitou jumps into the fray later when Tsukasa is separated from his belt, and basically makes a bother of himself. Takumi is revealed to be the Wolf Orphnoch later on. Takumi throws away the belt, much to Kaitou’s anger, and manages to separate Tsukasa from his cards. Seizing the chance, Narutaki tries to kill Tsukasa when he’s unable to transform, but eventually Kaitou comes to his rescue. Afterwards, Takumi jumps in to save a bunch of students in Orphnoch form, and is reunited with his belt by Kaitou who was promised a much more valuable treasure. Takumi, Kaitou and Tsukasa defeat the Lucky Clover permanently this time, and Takumi is reunited with Yui who accepts him. Tsukasa gains the power of Faiz as well, and Kaitou finds a treasure trove of Faiz AR World Rider Belts.
- Kamen Rider Agito AR World is a world where it closely mirrors Kuugas with similar people. One such person, Detective Yashiro is the head of the G3 project and has been trying to defend the world against the Grongi. When the threat of Unknown appears, Yusuke and Kaitou join the G3 project for different reasons, while Tsukasa goes on a hunt to deliver a letter to Shouichi Ashikawa, who has run off after he began to transform into Agito. Tsukasa is once again separated temporarily from his belt, and almost is killed by Kaitou’s reckless attack. It’s revealed that Shouichi was close to Yashiro, and Tsukasa convinces Shouichi to fight by their side. In the end, Tsukasa, Shouichi and Yusuke fight the Unknown, defeating them. Yusuke decides to continue his journey with Tsukasa and Co, and Tsukasa gains the power of Agito.
- Kamen Rider Den-O OR (Original Rider) World is a strange one. With the very nature of time as its power, Imagin go back in time to try and destroy the world. It’s here that Tsukasa is temporarily possessed by the Imagin Momotaros who has lost his body due to a incident before their arrival, and fights off a Imagin. Tsukasa persuades Momotaros to share info after Momotaros possesses Yusuke, and later runs off with his body to find more information on how he lost his body since he can’t remember. The other three Den-O Imagin, Kintaros, Urataros and Ryuutaros possess Natsumi to fight Tsukasa, and they have it out as time is erased around them. Thrown out of time, they all wind up on DenLiner, the train of time which is a place where everything goes when they are forgotten by all. It’s here that Tsukasa works with the Imagin to restore Momotaros’ body, and defeat the Imagin who is trying to change time. Gaining the power of Den-O, Tsukasa thought his adventures were over…
- In Den-O O.R. (Original Rider) World. In truth, the Hikari Studio was placed back in time, around the Sengoku era in a random town where the other three Imagin was suddenly displaced from DenLiner when a now younger Ryotaro Nogami, the original Den-O, worked with Hana and Yuu-kun and his grandchild Kotaro Nogami to defeat Oni. It’s here that Tsukasa showed up to return Sieg to the Imagin and he participated partly in the defeat of one of the Oni Brothers.
- Kabuto AR World is an interesting one as Tsukasa encounters the Rider of this world, Kabuto, and two others from ZECT who are hunting Worms; monsters that can take on the appearance and memories of a person so well, they forget they’re monsters entirely. Tsukasa confronts his double in a momentary battle, and Kabuto saves a girl named Mayu who turns out to be the little sister of Kabuto. Through twists and turns, Kabuto is revealed to be Mayu’s brother, and the Worm impersonating Sou Otogiri fights the pair even if the Clock Down System was enabled, preventing Kabuto from moving at lightspeed. With Sou’s help, Tsukasa defeats the fake Sou, and Mayu is returned to their grandmother. Tsukasa gains the power of Kabuto.
- The last world, Hibiki AR World is more of Kaitou Daiki’s story than Tsukasa’s. Tsukasa is accepted by this world’s Riders because he was the “Great Teacher”, said to unite the three warring schools of Onigeki-Dou. It’s here that Kaitou befriended Asuma, the aspiring Hibiki, and Kaitou not only stole the treasures he desired, but also Tsukasa’s lines. To be truthful, Tsukasa was kind of ousted from this entire two-parter, but in the end he did gain the power of Hibiki. With all 9 worlds complete, it’s time to go home.
- The Negadimension looks peaceful enough, and it seems to be throwing good things at Tsukasa one after another. But it’s story belongs to Natsumi as she reunites with the members of the TG Club, or at least she thinks. In truth, they’re Dark Riders, lead by Wataru Kurenai’s father, Otoya Kurenai. Tsukasa, despite his misgivings and bad feeling, continues to indulge himself in all the things this world is throwing at him. The Dark Riders want to give Tsukasa their Treasure, something Kaitou Daiki races to obtain beforehand, but manages to get it to Tsukasa instead. Tsukasa uses this to access Decade Complete, his final form where he can access the powers of the 9 Riders Ultimate Forms. Using this power, he defeats the Dark Riders, although Otoya gets away. Natsumi bids farewell to her counterpart, and they continue their journey.
- DiEnd’s World is their next stop, as they arrive in a world controlled by a entity called Fourteen, a BossRoach who controls Darkroaches. This world eliminates all Riders as Narutaki claims, and two remaining Riders, Larc and Lance fight off the Darkroach who is trying to drag a helpless man off the street. Kaitou’s story is revealed, as he used to be a police officer in the employ of Fourteen, and promoted a rehabilitation program which he believed was employed to correct society. In reality, a form of brainwashing surgery was used on people, and they were released into the world, both as polite citizens and slaves to Fourteen. Tsukasa fights off Fourteen and defeats him, and Kaitou fights his brother who wanted to be the next Fourteen, but their love for one another prevented either or from killing one another.
- The next world truly embodies the whole nature of Decade, as he travels to the world of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, a world of Sentai and no Riders. The Shinkenger confront Decade when he reveals himself later in the episode, believing Narutaki’s lies that he is a destroyer who will ruin their world. Kaitou’s DiendDriver is stolen from him and the monster who steals it transforms into a Ayakashi Rider. Armed with DiEnd’s Driver, it goes on a rampage, and while Tsukasa is loathe to help a world that literally gives him the role of a “side character stagehand”, Takeru, the leader of the Shinkengers accepts him. Tsukasa gains the power of the Shinkengers, and he and Takeru defeat the Ayakashi Rider, and Genta ransoms the DiEnd Driver for his Origami Ika-chan.
- Mistaken for Joe the Haze, a friend of Kotaro Minami, Kotaro defends Tsukasa and his friends from the attack of Schwarian, a member of the Crisis Empire. Even though Tsukasa doesn’t need the help, Kotaro, as Kamen Rider Black RX, helps defend Yusuke and Natsumi. Natsumi prevents RX from attacking Tsukasa, and RX agrees, standing down. It’s here that Natsumi is attacked later on by a member of DaiShocker, and her life force is drained. With only hours left to live, Tsukasa goes after Apollo Geist. Apollo Geist throws Tsukasa into another world where he is discovered by another Kotaro Minami, but without Natsumi, this Kotaro who transforms into Kamen Rider Black, fights him. Kaitou bails Tsukasa out by summoning Kamen Rider Femme. Being of the older Showa generation, his honor code would not allow him to attack a woman, and this Kotaro is summarily beaten up by Femme. It’s here that Kotaro, later on says a man from another world, Joe the Haze, came to this world to ally himself with Kotaro. And that the enemy he fought Gorgrom, had allied themselves with DaiShocker which explained why Apollo Geist was able to summon Fangire and other villains in RX’s world. Tsukasa manages to gain the trust of Black and he forces his way through the dimensional barrier to meet up with RX. Kaitou steals the card that manifested, the power of Kamen Rider Black, and uses it to summon that world’s Kotaro Minami to RX’s world. The two halves of the same person transform, and help Tsukasa and Kaitou defeat the monsters sent there, and Kaitou retrieves the device. With moments to live, Tsukasa drains his own life force to restore it to Natsumi, and she comes back to life.
- In the World of Amazon, we see how strong the grip of DaiShocker really is as the world is already under their control. The rebel Rider, Kamen Rider Amazon is a young man who managed to obtain Rider powers and is fighting the ally of DaiShocker in this world; the Ten-Faced Demon of Geddon. Geddon wants the bracelet that Amazon has, and he uses a small child named Masahiko in order to obtain it. Masahiko is devoted to DaiShocker, but is shocked when he would be carelessly killed to further their goals. Through Amazon’s kindness and Tsukasa’s stubbornness, they overpower Geddon and obtain his bracelet for Amazon to use. The grip of DaiShocker is vanquished, for now, but not fully defeated as the world is against Amazon.
- After a long journey, Tsukasa returns home to Sayo. Without his memories, he can only barely identify his sister who has turned bitter. Tsukasa stares into the moon which is emblazoned with the symbol of DaiShocker. As a trigger, Tsukasa remembers everything about his journey, and initiates the Strongest Rider Battle. It’s here that Tsukasa fights all the Riders in “friendly competition” in order to determine this world’s strongest Rider. And when that happens, DaiShocker’s base emerges and he restores his rightful place as Great Leader. Natsumi’s doddering old grandfather Eijiro also joins Tsukasa, as he laughs when struck by his subordinates who were unaware of his real identity as Dr. Shinigami. Sayo and Tsukikage stage a coup however, and casts Tsukasa out of DaiShocker where he tries to apologize to Natsumi who was heartbroken by both her friend and her grandfather being evil. When Kaitou alone to protect Natsumi, and Yusuke forcibly brainwashed and transformed into Ultimate Rising Kuuga, Tsukasa decides to right things and initates a one man battle against DaiShocker. It looks bad at first, but Tsukasa is joined by all the main Riders, from Kamen Rider 1 to Kamen Rider Kiva. They defeat DaiShocker together, Yusuke is returned to normal, and Tsukasa meets the newest Rider, Kamen Rider W.
- All seems normal, but then a terrible discovery is made as the world of Natsumi’s recurring nightmares of Tsukasa killing hundreds of Riders and their allies comes to life. They arrive in a world where AR Blade and AR Kiva’s worlds are merging, the merger of the 9 worlds continuing. With the AR Riders at each others throats for survival, Hibiki’s world merges with this one and Asumu’s friends are killed as well. Tsukasa is caught in a crossfire as the Rider War begins as Apollo Geist accelerates the merging of the 9 worlds, and the 9 worlds become one known as the World of the Rider War. Wataru’s warning and Narutaki’s fears have come to pass, and in the process of defeating Super Apollo Geist and the Fangire Queen, Kaitou shoots Tsukasa in the head after the entire combined forces of the 9 Rider Worlds are unable to stop Tsukasa. And thus, the Rider War continues.
- In the World of War, Tsukasa wages a one man fight against the Riders who are trying to kill him, lead by Yusuke Godai. Kivala reminds Natsumi that she is the only one who can stop Decade, and Tsukasa is followed by the spirit of Yuriko Misaki, Kamen Rider Tackle. It’s here that Tsukasa rejects Natsumi’s attempts at making him stop fighting, and throws his camera away. If things couldn’t get worse, Eijiro Hikari, who had recovered from his Shinigami bout, is triggered into transforming once more by a lost Gaia Memory that was implanted in him years ago, and turns into Super Dr. Shinigami. He is joined by Narutaki who shows that he too can transform into Rider villains as Colonel Zol. Leading Super Shocker, they work together to revive the Ultimate Life Form and kill Decade with the Super Crisis Fortress. Tsukasa continues his rampage, even killing Yusuke in a final battle until Natsumi confronts him. Natsumi transforms into Kamen Rider Kivala, and runs Tsukasa through. This moment triggers the plan Wataru and the OR Riders had all along. With the death of Tsukasa, the 9 Worlds are recreated, and the lost people restored. Sacrificing one man for the lives of millions, Tsukasa is the embodiment of Destruction and Rebirth. But Natsumi, Yusuke and Kaitou aren’t having this as they use the memories of people who they met over time to restore Tsukasa with a picture of him. Tsukasa joins the fray with his three Rider friends, and fights off an army as the AR Riders come to their rescue. During this fight, Kamen Rider W who had been on a chase of the Dummy Dopant, encounters Tsukasa and lends his power to defeat the Neo Lifeform and the Super Shocker Army. Natsumi rescues her grandfather from the exploding Crisis Fortress, and Decade’s journey continues.
- Years pass, and its revealed DaiShocker has returned and has allied with a new group of Sentai villains called DaiZangyack, the enemies of the Pirate Sentai Gokaiger. To this end, Tsukasa, Captain Marvelous, and several key members of the Riders and Sentai fool the vast majority of their allies and friends into fighting one another. DaiShocker and DaiZangyack are plotting to eliminate both groups, but with Tsukasa and Marvelous accelerating their plans, they successfully “kill” all the Riders and Sentai until Doc, Hina, Tsukasa and Marvelous are left. Triumphant, both groups unite on the battlefield to unite their Gigant Horse flagship and the Super Crisis Fortress into a giant mecha. But since Tsukasa and Marvelous only shunted everyone into a holding dimension where they had been briefed of the situation, over 199 Sentai and 40 years of Riders joined the fight against DaiShocker and DaiZangyack. Everything seemed to be going well until Kaitou arrived with the treasures that would unite the two fortresses. Pissed and angry at the man who hurt him so much and threw away friendship to further a goal he himself was unaware of, Kaitou activated the robot and lashed out indiscrimately across the battle field. Brought low by the combined forces of Kamen Rider Fourze and Spec Ops Sentai Go-Busters, Tsukasa tries to apologize to Kaitou who angrily bites of he wants nothing to do with him. Kaitou takes Tsukasa’s transformation card, but eventually returns it for the next mess.
- The events of Superhero Taisen Z and Lets Go Kamen Rider are mostly glossed over, as Tsukasa is just there for the fight. However, the next major moment in time is a big one for him.
- In a supremely dick move by Kamen Rider 1, the Showa Riders are pitted against the Heisei Riders for really dumb reasons. With each Rider defeated and their Lock Seeds obtained, the enemy known as Underground Badan Empire is trying to reverse the positions of humanity and the world of the dead. Using a recently deceased boy named Shu who has obtained the power to reverse things, Tsukasa aids Kamen Rider Gaim in order to defeat both the Showa Riders and Badan. Tsukasa gets to the bottom of the situation by checking with Shu’s mother, and fighting his father who has obtained the power of Kamen Rider Fifteen. Even defeated by Fifteen, Tsukasa continues to defend himself from both the minions of Badan and the Showa Riders, fighting in a battle where he’s “killed” by a Showa Rider. But it turns out he was dimensionally shunted to the Helheim Forest, and is waiting there with the rest of the Riders who then emerge with Gaim’s powers from the forest to fight the enemy. Tsukasa fights Fifteen with Fourze, OOO, W and Wizard, and eventually they fight the Showa Riders who believe that their lingering attachment to the dead revived Badan in the first place. With this in mind, Tsukasa returns home to the Hikari Studio, and seemingly has won over Narutaki who proclaims that he loves the Riders.
Personality: At a glance, Tsukasa is a grade A jerk. An insufferable know-it-all, he develops from pure anti-hero to an actual hero over the course of his story. Self centered and cheeky, Tsukasa manages to portray a confidence that outstrips his own capabilities, and walks like he owns the massive ham that he is. He can’t stand it when he’s proven wrong, and quickly changes his tone to make his worst qualities seem like the best qualities.
First off, when Tsukasa was amnesiac, he was a jerk. Now? He’s less of a jerk. Tsukasa manages to balance responsibility as the “dad” of the younger generations of Heisei Riders as both mentor and damnable jerk. He makes fun of people when they do something wrong, quick to capitalize on any advantage he has. When he comes up with bad plans, they are spectacular, and he manages to create a situation where he both looks bad at the same time and wildly successful during others.
Tsukasa had to grow in order to learn how to accept help, as his powers come from connecting with people’s hearts and seeing the good in them. Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes his well meaning is way off, but many times, Tsukasa manages to come out on top. Being good at everything and only bad at taking pictures, he is a living embodiment of a canon mary sue. But his bad traits also offset the eventual win factor of anything he does, having the luck, fortitude and capability to get out of a bad situation when he’s losing, or come out on top.
Tsukasa’s bad traits are plenty. He’s egotistical and he makes fun of people quickly and without mercy. He treats his friends like he treats his enemies; poorly, but usually has people who can see the good in him. He’s also a giant showoff, and manages to create situations that are big and grandiose. He is also stubborn, and kicks people while they’re down.
However this is often contrasted by the sheer luck that surrounds him, as people who know Tsukasa know him better than he knows himself. This is best demonstrated by Yusuke Onodera, who managed to find meaning in Tsukasa’s words. A raw, unchecked Tsukasa can put his foot in his mouth, but when he’s actually working hard to not screw up Tsukasa can come out on top of nearly any situation.
Amazingly, Tsukasa is more stubborn than most of the early Heisei Riders, and gets along somewhat all right with the older Showa Riders. He mostly relates to people who are out of their own world or in a situation that are in a situation as he is. He has no time for stupidity, but the truth of the matter is that Tsukasa is full of dumb ideas. Re: Superhero Taisen.
The fact of the matter is that Tsukasa can be a jerk, but he can also be a well meaning interference in an otherwise dull existence. He is always there with his camera, getting nose-deep into trouble. He manages to make friends out of enemies, and manages to earn a power for his trouble. Whatever the case may be, Tsukasa has managed to create a situation where he’s basically the center of impending apocalypse, as the yell of “Damn you Decade” is hot on his heels.
Powers/Abilities/Talents: As Kamen Rider Decade, Tsukasa hosts a venerable army’s worth of powers in one man. As the predecessor Toei hero comparable to the Gokaigers of Pirate Sentai Gokaiger, his motif is transforming into other heroes.
Kamen Rider Decade:
- As Decade, Tsukasa has a base equipment of the DecadeDriver (DecaDriver), his RideBooker which is a combination gun and sword weapon that houses his extensive collection of Rider Cards, and his Rider Armor which is themed pink with a X motif on the front denoting the number 10. His attack and defense is considerable, though some might call it the weakest overall base Rider due to its official stats. Its true strength relies in its ability to use Form Ride and Attack Ride cards to supplement its arsenal, as well as being able to transform other Riders and even other Toei heroes into objects or weapons symbolizing their main abilities.
- The real power of the DecaDriver lays within Tsukasa’s ability to “Connect” to people. Having no story of his own, Tsukasa can substitute for people in places, having a host of skills ranging from cooking, cleaning, driving and others. His only real admitted weakness is his inability to take pictures, something is notoriously bad at. But with this ability to connect to people and people’s emotions can cause a Reaction, in which a Rider Card can be spontaneously generated in order to create a new ability for Tsukasa, as first demonstrated in Shinkenger World.
- Decade tends to rely on a handful of cards when in normal form, the most of it being Attack Rides such as Blast and Slash which allows powerful hits to be made, his Final Attack Ride finishing move called Dimension Kick, and even some cards such as Illusion and Invisible. Illusion creates more solid clones of Decade, while Invisible makes him vanish from sight. Over time, Tsukasa has gained many more cards, as his journey continues throughout the Toei Timeline, as he has been a recurring hero throughout several movies, and show finishing episodes.
- A big list of his cards, forms and others are listed in the link. Without his cards, he is unable to perform any of his moves or transform, even if he himself hosts considerable fighting skill. As a note, this list is incomplete, as demonstrated in movies such as Superhero Taisen that he has even gained the ability to Form Ride into Showa Riders, and has gained powers of latter heroes.
- One last thing to note is that his motorcycle, MachineDecader seems to follow him wherever he goes between worlds, and will show up as part of his equipment. It requires no gas, and manages to run without any need for charging or breaking down. Unlike his camera which requires service once in a while.
- As far as the powers of Kamen Rider Decade Complete are concerned, Tsukasa has access to the ultimate forms of 9 of the Riders that he has encountered from the AR 9 Worlds. With the K-Touch, he is able to access them with a press of a button, changing his form into Decade Complete. His strength and attack power are increased considerably in this form, and with a press of the K-Touch, he can summon a hardlight Rider that mimics him like a clone, allowing Tsukasa to perform the finishing move of that Rider in tandem with the projection, causing massive single or multi-target damage.

First Person: Hello World, Kadoya Tsukasa here.
You might be wondering why you’re here, in a barrier world as I like to call them. Simple really: this world has a role for you. You just need to find out what that role is. Don’t ask me all the questions at once, I’m sure there’s plenty to see and do in this situation. Take your time to look at everything.
Also, I’m taking pictures. Call it a hobby or business, I just charge a fee for these Avant-garde style photographs. Your fee covers the development time of course, but I promise you it will be the best photographs you ever had in a long time.
If you’ve heard of me already from a guy in a hat and glasses, don’t believe a word that he says. Narutaki only recently stopped defaming me across the multiverse, so I don’t need to remind everyone all the time that this is Completely Not My Fault.
That being said, I am the Destroyer of Worlds, Kadoya Tsukasa. Anyone has beef from me from the Rider or Sentai dimensions, feel free to voice your complaints at the door. I’ll leave a box out for it.
